How this website handles your information
This is the website for Monte's Lunch, a fish counter at 2781 King Street, Halifax, NS. It exists to show you the menu, the hours and where to find us. It does not have accounts, a newsletter, a shop or a booking system.
What we collect from visitors
Nothing. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no cookies set by us. We do not know who you are, how you got here or what you looked at.
The map
The Hours and where section embeds a map from Google. If you scroll to it, your browser contacts Google to load it, and Google may set cookies and record your IP address under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Nothing else on this site loads from a third party.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a short period for security and to keep the site running. That is ordinary web hosting, not something we read or analyse.
If you call us
We keep what you tell us for as long as it takes to answer you. We do not add you to a list, and we do not pass it on to anyone.
Asking us about your information
Under Nova Scotia and Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Because this website collects nothing, that will usually be a phone message and nothing more. Call +1 902 708 4131 or speak to us at the counter.
